Mindful Tai Chi Chuan

工作坊內容簡介

The taoist martial art Tai Chi Chuan and mindfulness go well together.
Out goals will be: The exploration of the effortless activation of natural body structures with a clear mind, the harmonies of stillness in motion, stability and flexibility, release and control. We are going to use the simplest movements and postures which can allow anyone to access the concepts. Internalising these concepts takes much longer.

This workshop is conducted in English without translation.

*This activity is funded by the Hong Kong Jocky Club Charities Club, free of charge.
